By accessing or using PrimeStack Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable vendor End User License Agreements (EULAs).

2. License Terms

• All licenses are annual (1 year) subscriptions
• Licenses are tied to your organization and user counts
• Tier-specific features and limits apply
• Unauthorized redistribution is prohibited

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD
• Annual billing, one-time payment
• Enterprise quotes valid for 30 days
• Volume discounts available on request

4. Deployment

• Cloud and Hybrid deployment options available
• Customer responsible for infrastructure requirements
• Training and enablement available as add-ons

5. Support & SLA

Support levels vary by tier. Enterprise licenses include priority support and dedicated account management.
